SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. ; we do not ship internationally at this time. We do our best to mail out your order as soon as possible. Please understand the prices include materials to ship merchandise with the upmost care in handling.

  • $9.00 Priority Mail - Most merchandise ready to ship unless stated otherwise. Delivery time varies between 1-5 business days. Expect delays during holidays.

  • All items shipped out will have a tracking number, and that tracking number will be provided to you through email.

  • Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not refund, accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please email us at aloha@miyakoandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order if there are any issues. Merchandise in flash sales (Instagram/Facebook), promotional offers, or otherwise indicated is ALL SALES FINAL.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We are happily excited to take custom orders on certain merchandise. Prices and availability varies. Rushed orders of less than 3 days will have a fee of 25% of the total order. Please send inquiry to aloha@miyakoandco.com

GIFT CARDS

  • Unique digital codes and never expires until the balance on card is zero. Gift cards never expire and can only be used to purchase products on Miyako & Co site.

  • Gift cards only available in single transactions. Apologies for the inconvenience.

  • Applies to the order total, including tax, shipping, and any transaction fees. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining amount may be paid with another gift card or store’s supported payment methods.

  • We do not refund gift cards.

  • We can send you an email of the code if you should lose the code. Code cannot be duplicated.


JEWELRY CARE

Our jewelry is handcrafted with care and all have been thoroughly cleaned prior to being packaged.

925 Sterling silver jewelry will tarnish over a long period of time. It is caused by other metals that are mixed with silver reacting to moisture and sulfur in the air. Sterling silver tends to tarnish quicker in high humidity climates. Oils from your skin accumulate on the surface of silver and can predispose it to oxidization. Use warm water and unscented soap to wash your sterling silver gently and dry them with a soft cloth. Use may also use a polishing cloth and regularly polish them. Storing each piece of jewelry separately in airtight containers or small bags with a close to prevent any tangling or scratching of the material used to make the jewelry.

Plated jewelry has a thin layer of precious metal (ie silver, gold, rhodium, platinum) over a base or inexpensive metal (i.e. zinc alloy, brass, stainless steel) We primarily used plated stainless steel unless stated otherwise. Precious metal layer is very thin and the friction between your skin and plated jewelry can slowly rub off the plating. Exposure to water, sweat, soap, perfume, and other chemicals can cause the plating to fade. Storing each piece of jewelry in a dry place in individual plastic bags or pouches.


VINYL DECAL

How to Apply: Vinyl will stick to almost any surface that is clean, smooth, and nonporous.

Preparing the area: For proper adherence, all surfaces should be considered dirty and should be cleaned prior to any vinyl application. We recommend a 2-to-1 mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol. Alcohol swabs works as well. If not available, water and dish soap is okay. After thoroughly washing, wipe the surface dry with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth.

  1. The clear layer is the transfer tape. Place that side facing down. With the paper side facing up, slowly peel the backing away ensuring the decal is properly sticking to the transfer tape. Finger pressure may be needed to help it stick.

  2. Once decal is on the transfer tape completely; you are ready to apply to the  designated surface. Start by either adhering left to right or right to left depending on your dominant hand. Slowly stick the vinyl on to ensure there is no air bubbles.

  3. Use the backing paper to rub the decal on for about a minute or two. Slowly peel back the transfer tape from corner to corner. If the initial vinyl piece does not stick, do not panic, a little more rubbing with the backing paper or finger will help.

*Although decal material is permanent vinyl, decal may slowly peel away depending on its contact with anything, or due to normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for any damages.

Any designs including our Miyako & Co Logo and pictures was produced by us for you will remain our intellectual property may not be used, distributed, manipulated, published or otherwise reproduced in any other form without our prior written consent.


PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

The prices of merchandise on this website is as quoted on the site from time to time. Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation. Payment for all online orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
